Bastion Call-Prototype
A downloadable game
Bastion Call - is my first attempt at developing an RTS.
Given limited resources this is unlikely to progress into a functional game, but it does have the core foundations of a functional RTS. The project is not optimized, has missing features, and is generally incomplete.
What it does feature is my own "Swarm AI" which I will be isolating and putting on the unity store for public use.
The game is largely controled via the UI, and the camera can be moved by moving the mouse to the corners of the window or with WASD, panning is disabled with the End key.
You have a simple local radar to show where enemies are local to the camera position, and if you build and power the "satellite uplink" building you can press M to open a much larger full map with live updates of enemy positions.
Pressing Esc will close the game, and there is no save system in place... I'm happy to answer any questions if you have any.
AI Disclosure - Generative AI was used during production for the purpose of blocking out code and trouble shooting errors.
